Información para pasajeros

En apego a las disposiciones legales vigentes y atendiendo a la seguridad de nuestros pasajeros, a continuación, les presentamos la siguiente información:

A. A. Con objeto de garantizar la mayor seguridad, les informamos que las jornadas de vuelo de las tripulaciones, se han determinado conforme a las regulaciones nacionales e internacionales para evitar condiciones de fatiga en los pilotos.
B. Las limitaciones de equipaje.

En todas las operaciones de las aeronaves operadas por Avemex, queda prohibido, el transporte de los siguientes artículos:

• Artículos Peligrosos (ARPEL)

Estos se refieren a cualquier objeto con la capacidad o posibilidad aparente de causar una herida, a través de cortes o punzaciones mediante bordes afilados o descarga de un proyectil. Ejemplos: Armas de fuego, navajas, cuchillos, municiones, por mencionar algunos.

• Mercancías Peligrosas (MERPEL)

Todo objeto o sustancia que al ser transportados pueda constituir un riesgo para la salud, la seguridad, los bienes o el medio ambiente. Ejemplos: Acetona, peróxido, baterías de litio, hielo seco, sustancias infecciosas, pólvora, fuegos artificiales, entre otros.

C. Limitaciones de la selección de aeropuertos y helipuertos.
D. Generalidades técnicas de la aeronave.
E. Consideraciones meteorológicas.
F. Consideraciones del servicio a bordo.
G. Condiciones sanitarias y de salud.
H. El transporte a menores de edad quedará sujeto a las políticas de Avemex y regulaciones aplicables.

Information for passengers

In accordance with current legal provisions and in view of the safety of our passengers, we present the following information below:

A. A. In order to guarantee the greatest safety, we inform you that the flight hours of the crews have been determined in accordance with national and international regulations to avoid conditions of fatigue in the pilots.
B. Baggage restrictions.

In all operations of the aircraft operated by Avemex, the transport of the following items is prohibited:

• Dangerous Goods (ARPEL)

These refer to any object with the apparent ability or potential to cause an injury, through cuts or punctures by sharp edges or projectile discharge. Examples: Firearms, knives, knives, ammunition, to name a few.

• Dangerous Goods (MERPEL)

Any object or substance that, when transported, may constitute a risk to health, safety, property or the environment. Examples: Acetone, peroxide, lithium batteries, dry ice, infectious substances, gunpowder, fireworks, among others.

C. Limitations of the selection of airports and heliports.
D. Aircraft technical overview.
E. Meteorological considerations.
F. Onboard service considerations.
G. Sanitary and health conditions.
H. Transportation to minors will be subject to Avemex policies and applicable regulations.
